1. Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services purchased through the Apycue platform. We aim to keep our policies fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
2. Free Trial
Where applicable, Apycue offers a free trial period (typically 14 days) for eligible services. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial expires, your access will end automatically. No action is required to cancel during the trial period, and no credit card is required unless otherwise stated.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to hello@apycue.com or through your account settings (where available). Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by providing not less than 30 days' prior written notice. However, refunds for annual subscriptions are subject to the refund terms in Section 4 below. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the prepaid annual period.
3.3 Commission-Based Services
For services billed on a commission basis, you may discontinue the service by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@apycue.com. Any commissions accrued during the notice period remain payable.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
All fees for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Since you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the period ends, no partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase (or renewal), you may request a refund of up to 50% of the total subscription amount, calculated on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion. After 30 days from purchase or renewal, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4.3 Commission Fees
Commissions on confirmed and processed bookings are non-refundable. If a guest booking is cancelled and the hotel issues a refund to the guest, the commission will be credited back to your account or adjusted in the next billing cycle.
4.4 Setup Fees & One-Time Charges
Any one-time setup fees or service charges are non-refundable and non-creditable against any other services, once work on the related service has commenced. If the setup or service has not yet been initiated, you may request a full refund of setup fees by contacting hello@apycue.com.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@apycue.com with:
- Your account email address and hotel/business name
- The service or subscription you wish to cancel and/or receive a refund for
- Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card. Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the credit.
Bank Transfer / Wire: Refunded to the original bank account. Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank and country.
UPI / Digital Wallet: Refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
Unsuccessful Payments: If the amount was debited but the payment was unsuccessful, it will be refunded to the source account within 10–12 working days.
Payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Stripe or Razorpay) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable. Currency conversion differences at the time of refund are the responsibility of the Customer.
7. Service Termination by Apycue
Apycue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate the Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make timely payments. In such cases, no refund will be provided and any charges paid will be forfeited. If Apycue discontinues a service, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any prepaid and unused portion of the subscription.
8. Downgrade of Plan
Downgrading your subscription plan may cause the loss of certain features or capacity within your account. Apycue does not accept liability for such loss. For any upgrade or downgrade part way through a billing period, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the current period, and the amended fee from the following period onwards.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Section 17 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution) of the Terms of Service shall apply. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating any legal proceedings. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
10. Exceptions & Disputes
If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, contact us at hello@apycue.com. We will review each case individually. In the event of any dispute, clauses mentioned in the signed service agreement between the Customer and Apycue will supersede this policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the Service and will apply to subscriptions purchased or renewed after the effective date.
